For a city, what can a family park carry? It is not only a happy time for 2.6 million families, but also an exploration of the mode of renewal and upgrading of urban entertainment business, and even an important stage for international cultural exchanges! With such goals and missions, we started the road of building KK-JegoplayToo Pancoat Paradise.
Yancheng has frequent economic and trade exchanges and extensive cooperation and exchanges with Korean enterprises, and is the city with the closest industrial cooperation between Jiangsu and Korea and the largest concentration of Korean enterprises. In order to respond to the construction of China-Korea (Yancheng) Industrial Park to build a China-Korea cultural living room, to promote China-Korea cultural exchanges as a guide, and to strive to form a unique cultural impression of the city, Jigo Group joined hands with the famous IP “Pancoat” from Korea to create the “Korean Trendy and Cool Art Exploration and Growth Land “KK-JegoplayToo Pancoat Paradise is a new achievement and a new link in the cultural exchange and cooperation between China and Korea.
KK-JegoplayToo Pancoat Paradise is located in Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, and is an exploration of the renovation and transformation of the original Kadi Happy World.
Kadi Fun World was officially opened for business on May 1, 2014, and after seven years of operation, no special park design and a single business model showed its shortcomings after a few years of operation until it was shut down in 2020, becoming an inefficient asset for the city. However, throughout the country, there are also a large number of theme parks with repetitive themes and a lack of uniqueness that are facing difficulties in transition or closure.
It is an urgent task to find a way out for these old theme parks, whether it is to ignore them, rebuild them, or to go forward and seek transformation.
The renewal and upgrading of Kadi Fun World is divided into two phases:
The first phase has been transformed into “park + paradise + business” mode, officially renamed as KK-PARK is the first set of entertainment facilities, consumer scenes, Korean culture as one of the new business park.
The second phase is KK-JegoplayToo Pancoat Paradise, which is the focus of this presentation. JegoplayToo was introduced to upgrade and transform the properties of the original park, giving it a new life to attract popularity, and it is also the first project of JegoplayToo that went out of Shanghai and entered Yancheng for the first time, exporting the mature park products and operation services of JegoplayToo, which is a top-level original parent-child paradise. It is also the first project of Jigo Bunny's Nest to enter Yancheng, exporting the mature park products and operation services of Jigo Bunny's Nest, a top-class original family park, and enhancing the comprehensive benefits of the neighboring commercial streets and hotels.
The project covers an area of 33,000 square meters, focusing on parent-child families and study groups, and centering on Jegoplay Culture Group's original story “Moon Picking Plan” to develop 6 immersive theme scenes and business innovation in the park, integrating JegoplayToo's original IP “Rabbit Flying” and PANCOAT's original IP “Rabbit Flying” and PANCOAT's original IP “Rabbit Flying”. Combining JegoplayToo's original IP “Rabbit Fly” and several classic big-eyed cartoon images from PANCOAT IP, the park introduces a large volume of challenging tower combinations, exciting and shocking aerial slides, stylish and cool photo stops, and fantastic artistic themed rides, etc., and the park content reaches as many as 32 groups of amusement areas and more than 100 kinds of amusement facilities.
The scene design is centered around Jegoplay Culture Group's original story “The Moon Picking Project”, creating 6 immersive themed scenes that allow families and study groups to understand that love is not about owning, but about learning to share.
Looking at the Moon Mountain
Once upon a time, there was a rabbit who stood on a mountain looking up at the distant moon every night, deeply addicted to the moon's yin and yang.
The main equipment of the project is the original ip rabbit fly figurative shape by Jigao Group, incorporating elements such as spacecraft and flying saucers, and the color scheme adopts simple and fashionable white-gold, making the equipment as a whole show high-level simplicity. The equipment is located at the entrance of the main landscape, as the opposite view of the bridge, so that visitors of all sizes will be infected by the sense of high-level form of Netflix the first time they enter the whole site.
The moon ship, as its name suggests, adopts a steampunk expression form and incorporates elements such as rabbit ears on the rabbit fly, a playful image but with a full sense of mechanics, making it the highest point of the ship of the entire venue, and the aerial platform can overlook the entire park and KKPARK panorama, with a wide view and excellent landscape.

After a lot of creative screening with the LOGO letters of PANCOAT, an internationally famous IP under Red Spinning Culture, we finally chose to express the brand text in the form of decoration with a white base and a luminous laser film, with different color effects at different angles, which is a great choice for taking photos!
The River of Stars and Moon
Picking the moon, our friends hide it carefully for fear of being discovered by others, when the sky and the earth are dark and the stars are scattered all over the place.
Children can hide the stars in the sand pool, but also through the waterway out of the hidden stars! Sand and water mixing game fancy experience play sand panning game, to meet a variety of amusement needs.
Simulating the sensation of a crackling ball falling to the ground as stars are scattered, the design creates a space for sports and games where children and parents can train and compete together.

Rabbit fly and moon stars for the theme echo paradise, the shape of the integration of pancoat moon, boat, the use of folded processing form, simple but not simple, so that the shape looks more unique, the color of white and yellow color close to the main color of the pancoat, from the moon and hung high in the sky shining with a brighter light, the little ones can appreciate the moon at different moments of the change again.
Design Notes
Yancheng became a city characterized by Sino-Korean cultural exchanges. The concept of Korean hip cool art extends from the overall venue space design to the product and facility design, scenic sculpture, signage design, etc., with Korean elements in the shape and Korean translations added to the text.
KK-JegoplayToo Pancoat Paradise is rich in activities, and the overall activity space is dominated by lively and jumping colors, leading the 2.6 million children of families in Yancheng to open a joyful journey of growing up in childhood. It is a paradise of hope from which children run towards tomorrow.
At the same time, Jegoplay design has always been around the local city culture and characteristics to create a differentiated cultural and tourism industry, the old theme park and urban renewal and transformation of close integration, continuous innovative design to create a new immersive cultural and tourism industry chain and industry's new consumption model, for the development of the city to inject new vitality and power.
